Does that means once we land to Ontario, we need to have either our own health insurance or if employed before landing then employer may provide the health insurance.

I have one more doubt about health insurance, I believe most of the employer provides health insurance & state health insurance (card) needed if someone is out of job or employer is not providing health insurance for some reason?
