FEW QUESTIONS FOR LAST MINUTES.......

HI GUYS,
1)As in checklists said original birth certificates and original marriage certificates,but I am sending notorized copies of these documents.will it make any problem or is it ok?
2)Should we paste photos on the form where photo is required ?or just attach with paper clip??
3)How to arrange all documents?I have arranged all forms and documents in plastic folder with separators according to cio and vo check lists?is it ok?or to do something more?

Hi Brill:  I would follow EXACTLY what your VO specific checklist asks for as far as originals/notarized copies, etc.  I don't think they want any plastic folders, excess numbers of paperclips, staples, etc.  In your VO checklist it specifically tells you how many photos to include in an envelope, what to write on the back of the photos, and on the envelope itself.  Be careful not to bend or mar the photos when attaching the envelope to your documents. Use your CIO checklist on top of forms it calls for and behind them use your VO specific checklist as cover for all the documents requested.  You do not need to send a copy of the forms with the VO specific checklist, one set or originals is sufficient.  CIO will send your package to VO specified in your documents when it is ready to proceed.   If you have a large number of docs, use an elastic to hold them together.  Your PCC will be requested later. I did not send the origional but the copies.
photos to be kept in studio pouch and staple it on form
no need for any plastic bag but put them all in envelope. Its enough. They will sort them out.

dear pippin,,,, pls tell me how we can make sure that there is no need to attach another set of forms under the vo checlist? i mean don't u think that the cio needs one set of forms for there own assessment and may keep it then forward the vo documents assuming that u r attaching another set of these forms under the vo checlist?  pls help me to take a desicion because am preparing to send my file..

and do u think it may harm f we sent 2 sets of forms?

You have to list the name of all the members of family who will and will not accompany you   , all from your family if unmarried then mention name of father,mother,brothers etc. If married then mention the name of husband/wife , children

If VO requires originals then please do as directed.If yo send copies instead ,it will delay your case and then you will start blaming VO is working slowly
