I have all the documents (mostly) to be sent out to the buffalo office. I applied to CIR on April 10 and my 120 days expire on the 3 of November. I need clarification on the following

Do we send photocopies of all the documents (notarization) not necessary?
Photographs needs no information in the back of it?
Some of my degree back home have a different spelling of my name how do I fix it?
A few date that I mentioned in my application are off ?
Waiting on FBI check?
No police clearance from Pakistan?

What should I do folks?

Help me here
