Fess who approved from PNP

Hi
I have approved from Manitoba Province. Now I am going to apply at Buffalo.I read on website total fees is 1040 Canadian dollar. I just want to make sure how much fees.
There are two kinds of fees one is Permanent resident fees + right to permanent fees. Should I pay both together?
can you tell me I have to pay another any fees? My friend told me about landing fee. what does that mean?
please reply my answer. I am really worried.
