well, following is the usual procedure:
It has to be university envelop. put the transcript inside the university envelop and then stick the flap of envelop with glue. then put university seal/logo on the flap.
N.B: usually dhaka university registrar building takes 200-400 taka for university envelop with seal.

I had detailed my story earlier also but got very few replies.
I need help this time please guide.
I had sent my application on 19th Jan 2011 in NOC 3131.I am an indian living in Germany.So sent from germany.I used credit card as my mode of payment because my bank did not understand what bank draft is.

Unfortunately on 22nd Jan 2011my purse got stolen which had my creditcard.so credit card was stopped immediately.


So on 24th Jan 2011 I sent a new payment form with details of my wife credit card(only form) with my details of DOB so that they can relate it with my application and widpolice report.
On 27thJan 2011 I wrote email to them. I got reply of that mail from them on 7th Feb 2011 that my application has been returned on 1st Feb  2011 because my credit card declined.
Then I checked with my wifes bank for detail of transaction from her credit card.They took money from  her credit card.So they took our fees also.

Now I have contacted them again to clarify my situation because on the one hand they are saying that they returned my application and on the other hand they took fees with my wifes credit card.

I am very tense as my CAP 3131 is also nearing its capacity.
If the application is returned how long will it take to reach me please guide.
Is there any way to reach these CIO people...........

from which email adress u got email about ur application return.I also need that email adress.though its not 6week  will they reply?

Once you submit your original transcript with your application, it is gone.I t will not be returned by CHC/CIC.
