In this thread are all experieced people.
I had detailed my story earlier also but got very few replies.
I need help this time please guide.
I had sent my application on 19th Jan 2011 in NOC 3131.I am an indian living in Germany.So sent from germany.I used credit card as my mode of payment because my bank did not understand what bank draft is.

Unfortunately on 22nd Jan 2011my purse got stolen which had my creditcard.so credit card was stopped immediately.


So on 24th Jan 2011 I sent a new payment form with details of my wife credit card(only form) with my details of DOB so that they can relate it with my application and widpolice report.
On 27thJan 2011 I wrote email to them. I got reply of that mail from them on 7th Feb 2011 that my application has been returned on 1st Feb  2011 because my credit card declined.
Then I checked with my wifes bank for detail of transaction from her credit card.They took money from  her credit card.So they took our fees also.

Now I have contacted them again to clarify my situation because on the one hand they are saying that they returned my application and on the other hand they took fees with my wifes credit card.

I am very tense as my CAP 3131 is also nearing its capacity.
If the application is returned how long will it take to reach me please guide.
Is there any way to reach these CIO people...........

Sorry to hear about your case. If they have already returned your application, there is nothing you can do. Only to wait until you get application back and then reapply....but hold on.. past record indicates that it takes months to get your application back because they send it back by normal post , or sometimes get lost in transit (look, how much they care about our application, which takes months to prepare it and hell lot of money and headache).

Better start preparing your next application, if you are afraid of your cap being reached. Send the next application ASAP.

Don't worry about your wife's credit card refund,once they realize their mistake they will recredit that amount, just email them for the refund.

I second what SISH sayings! Dont await your returned appli: just resubmit new appl: package to CIO ASAP, it might be costly as double submission, but if you think it is worth, post ur pakage again to catch your NOC Cap soon enough. I'd experienced the same.I sent incomplete appli: to CIO then I realized my slip-up. I didn't wait for a returned package and just resubmitted a new complete appli: to CIO again. Now I've already got a first AOR from CIO. Don't be panic, ur next appli: will be OK. Reimbursing of first encashment can be settled later.
 
If you want to send an enquire to CIO, go there and submit ur enq: But you ought to await the response from CIO quite a few days.

I think you might consider following Kathe's advice and submit a new application.  If the package is not complete, they will return it.  As it can take 3-4 months for some applications to arrive home, do you want to wait that long?  Good luck.

MY NOC#3113.Mistakenly didnt fill up BACKGROUND DECLERATION FORM by my spouse.I Beleive  they will return  my package.I m going to sit For ielts exam5th march again,no date  bfore that.Sould  I make inquiry through CIO email link??6week isnt  passed yet.Can I ask about my application bfore 6week.some 1 asked them bfore 6week they  replied should I do  that.or  wait up to 6weeks.by this  time I m  prepearing all  documents again,wth new ielts.ielts  is  the main  cause of delay otherwise I got all documents ready.result of ielts may b  within 20th march.Then I can apply again in 21  -23marchhope CAP isnt reaced bfore tht now 527 is running.What YOU guys  think  within  20th MARCH cap will b reached??please help me

I am afraid that your application will get returned due to incompleteness.
you surely can make an enquiry about your application but instead using online enquiry from(they dont reply if you applied within the last six weeks) send your enquiry at
                                 FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca  (no spaces before and after  @ )
I dont think our NOC 3113 will get filled before june, so you have plenty of time.

You need to send only 1 set of application forms and docs. CIO will forward your complete application package to VO at later stage.
Put IELTS with CIO checklist.
Once your application got received, CIO performs completeness check on that very day and if they find it incomplete, they return it on following day via regular mail. Since they don't use express courier service it might take 1-3 months to reach your address.
I am afraid, that your 2nd submission (missing docs with cover letter) might be of no use since they might have returned your first application before they received that

Could you manage to get the IELTS replacement copy from the test center? you could explain the troublesome situation you've faced and request them to arrange a replacement copy of IELTS results.IMO, before retaking the exam, you should have opted for sending in a request to test center.Such a try is no harm.Unless the test center can issue a replacement copy, then, you would better take the exam again and resubmit full appli: package to CIO.Good luck!

I told IELTS test centre but they dont issue second 1,so I have to sit again for exam,or have to wait for return appliaction,I wont wait.What the senior brothers think will dentist cap will reach 1000within march? feb 2011 its  527.

If I write any part of appliaction by hand without typing or printing is it will b  ok?Like name in native language.

This time I  wont b able to submit pcc its time consuming,I will submit it latter if visa office ask .is i8t ok??

Its Hard to say.. what is your observation per day file to CIO ? But i do not think that in March CAP reach

Why not? it is fine if your handwriting is readable

if your hand writing is poor ask some one who has got good hand writing.
