I reside in usa.When I am making a bank draft or money order for the
Fee payment,should it be made in US dollars which is
equivalent to Canadian dollars amount($550)?What
should I tell the bank?Please let me know soon!

I really think that you are going to have difficulties with your application unless you read and follow the instructions in the Web Site and application guides for the specific office you are applying at.
