Fee payment form Pakistan to Landon

I applied in June 2005 and now in Fetb-2011 I have send the update of my new born son to Visa office Islamabad but in March-2011 I have received my updated document back with following comments ( letter attached for your ready reference).
“Green deposit slip will not be accepted by Visa Office in London. We have initiated the refund of your green deposit and you will receive it in the mail within next 60 days”
You are requested to please confirm me the following points.
1)   May I prepare an Canadian $150 demand draft in favor of “Canadian High Commission”  if yes then which bank provide this facility.

2)   May I send the update of my case in London on following address?
