FEE PAYMENT FORM ( IMM 5620 )

Hi every one,

I applied for Canada before 26 June 2010 and I received the AOR in October 2010 and now I have to submit full document to London visa office in the middle of Feb, 2011

Now I'm collecting the supporting documents

Regarding the fee payment it is mentioned in the visa office website that I have to send $550 (processing fee) + $490 for the main applicant and Spouse/partner: $550 (processing fee) + $490 for my wife.

I wasn't married when I sent my application so I sent to Sydney Canada 550 CD as processing fee, now I m married, and I will include my wife in the application

  In the FEE APLICATION FORM they mention that Application submitted with incorrect payment will be returned, so I have to pay the fee at the right way, and in my case I have to send with the documents the processing fee for my wife only,

so, how can I fill the FEE PAYMENT FORM? Is there anything I can do to mention that this fee is for my wife only? Especially as we can see that the table in this form was made considering the main applicant fee is the first payment and so on.
