Fee payment form for RPRF to Buffalo Visa office

Hi fellow Buffalo applicants and Seniors,

I am collecting my documents to submit my complete application to Buffalo Visa office. the visa office checklist says without payment fees the application will be returned back. so i want to pay my fees with the application. it gave option to pay with credit card, money order or certified cheque. i want to pay with credit card.

when i sent my initial application to CIO, NS, there is a fee payment form (IMM 5620) to be sent for any payment method.

does the buffalo visa office has any similar kind of payment form to pay the fees with credit card.

i posted this query in couple of forums, but didnt get any response.

this is the only thing pending in my application.

quick help really appreciated.

1.  If Buffalo approves your application, then they will request a RPRF of $490 for each adult.  It CANNOT be paid by credit card.

If i want to pay by money order or certified cheque, on what name i need to take this.

the only reason i want to pay ahead is, Buffalo is already slow in processing, and this may result in more delay. may be i am wrong, but want to be on a safer side.
