I don't think this information has been published.

Hopefully they will lose both citizenship and PR status - and will also be given a two year ban from entering Canada for misrepresentation.

Thanks for your response.

They do not get deported. the start from the begining. say they lived 500 days out of the 1095 and lied about the rest. they got discovered, will not be deported, but their days will start from zero. It's happed to many ppl.

I have just applied 4 a travel document, and although I mentioned that i'd only stayed 10 days in Canada-landed Jul 2010- they asked for a paper from the immigration departent where I live showing where I been since I landed in Canada.

If you landed July 2010, you have only been a PR for less than 2 years so it is still possible for you to meet the residency requirements.  For your first 5 years as a PR, they look at if you can still meet the requirements in that period, not if you already have.  If you waited 2 more years and then applied for a travel document to go back with only 10 days spent in Canada, it would not be so easy to get.

I really hope the crooked consultants will be charged with some criminal charges, and that it will be harder and harder to try to fraud the citizenship system. It makes me mad.

While its sad and illegal, I hope this government spend the money creating jobs for immigrants, instead of pursuing people who had no way to survive here and who spent lots of money supporting there families and investing here.... If canada had more jobs and ways to offer i am sure most of these people would have chose to stay instead of being separated from there families to send money in....this government is more interested in public stunts than then the welfare of its people, has anyone thought HOW much exactly this will cost in legal fees....
