I tried scheduling a FedEx pickup for my application to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, NS. I provided the address and postal code "B1P 5Z2" taken from the Canadian immigration website and FedEx said that they could not find this postal code in their computer. They refused to schedule the pickup and told me to talk to the recipient and go find the "correct" postal code. This is, of course, impossible since there is no way to talk to the Centralized Intake Office.

Here is the address on the CIC website:

Centralized Intake Office
47 – 49 Dorchester Street

I just looked up on the FEDEX website, you can utilize the postal code. You can complete the paperwork online (Fedex Website), print your label, and just schedule the pick up. You shouldn't have any problem with that.

All the best,
