What are the kind of jobs I can quite easily pick up to help me sustain myself upon arrival. Your varied responses will be gratefully appreciated.

You can easily get a waiter job but you need to have atleast a bachelors degree and relevant work experience in your field to pass immigration point system before you can come to Canada.
For example if you have a degree in Engineering you have 2 to 3 years of experience as an Engineer then you have enough points to qualify as an immigrant and then can come here and work as a waiter.
