Hi buddies,
I have just sent my documents to CIO ,But I forgot to write NOC on the post packet I sent!
but in schedule 3 I wrote it correctly!
What will happen?any idea to correct it?
By the way ,does anybody know that how long does it take to send an applicant for federal skilled worker his or her file number?

I doubt you are the first to forget to include your NOC number on the envelope and I am sure they will figure out which pile it should join when them open it up.  People are given file numbers when they get their PER, which is around 120 days.  If you email CIO with a legitimate concern no sooner than 6 weeks after your application is received, you may be given a number then as well.  Two positive indications you will see are the courier's confirmation of receipt and within a week or two, the encashing of your fees.  If those things happen, you can be pretty sure there was no issue with your omission on the envelope.
Good Luck!

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/sydney.asp  Go to the bottom of this link.  You will see FSW contact CIO information.  I think you will find they tell you not to enquire before 6 weeks. Good Luck.
