hello I am a social worker working with firm in U.P. I applied in July 2011 for FSW. Got File numbers in correct time frame.

Now, I have recived below letter from CHC, New delhi.

I have the I.T. returns for 2 yrs. but 1 yr. I.T. shows TDS. This TDS was deducted from my part time employer. My agent had not informed CHC about this. I have received the medical. Is there any hope in my case to get positive reply?

The requirements of visa office are usual at the final stage when they are going to make a positive decision. Once you submit everything as required before the due date, you don't need to worry. Hope you may get the PR visa in February or at the latest by March 2012 if everything goes well.  Cheesy You and family could land in Canada in the coming spring if you wish. Pray.
