This is Subbarao
I did post graduate in M.Tech. Chemical Technology (Oils & Fats Technology), India.
 
I had a more than 14 .5 years exp. in R&D, QA & QC, Technical services and Business Development functions  including Teaching & Research activates of Oils, Fats,  Oleochemicals & Their Derivatives, Soaps & Detergents, Surfactants & Emulsifies, Oleochemicals Based Specialty Chemicals, Biodiesel, BioLubricants  and Other allied products  industry.
 I am planning apply federal skilled worker . At Present I don't have employment in Canada. 1)Can I  apply with out Employment.
2) My Application Canada Immigration will accept or not
How  I apply for this
