I, Dr. Karanjit Singh Arora applied for FSW on 13th May, 2010. Till date, there is no response. When I can expect to get my Upgradation Letter ? Can anybdy tell ? ( Some say after 3 to 6 years...ouch..? )

You can order CAIPS and learn from it more than here . Don't ask me what CAIPS is, search yourself, use Google.
