Dear All,

Today, I received an email from buffalo that they have received my medical results. I did my medicals 5 weeks ago and they have it now. Also when I checked my status online yesterday evening, there was an option to change the mailing address. Today, I checked it again and that option is not available any more! However, the status of application is still "in process". Does removing the option of changing mailing address means anything?

Since, they have already received the medical results, in your idea, how long will it take for me to get passport request mail? Is there any estimation. I feel so frustrated now

Can any body please tell me whether it is better to pay the RPR fee now or should I wait for Buffalo to request? Since I did not paid the RPR fee when I was applying to Buffalo in August.

I sent emails to buffalo twice. They didn't answer my question and just told me my case is under background check.

In my case I asked them if they had received my results. They responded saying they had and that my application was under process but they didn't know how long it would take to finish the processing.

You can send it anytime or before visa is issued, but i think it be the same thing now. I paid all at once cz I thought it's ridiculous to pay 2 bank drafts+extra mailing fee. Now, about next step we seem all awaiting, I don't really know because of the uniqueness of each application. Besides, some applicants who got FN in Sept 2010 and January 2011 are still waiting according to trackitt.com/canada-immigration-trackers/quebec-skilled-workers
but i truly hope to het PPR request by mid-May czbefore they updated their systems it was about 2months wait from Medical done...but now that might be my miracle!

hadal, when you say buffalo sent you an email saying that they received your medicals, was it because you sent an email asking, or they just emailed you out of protocol?
