no it didnt. Just the address re-appeared. Thats all.  u should be "in process" for long time....... so there r only 2 sentences in ur ecas? like my case, i have 3 sentences |

i also have "we start processing ur application XXXXXX". i don't know wut exactly u should do, but i think u need to do something, to add that 3rd sentence in ur ecas. i think showing "in process" means one step ahead. |

I emailed ottawa yesterday and I got the usual response today that " you do not have to do anything at this moment, we will contact you when your file is done with processing with further information". I know a few people who receivedd their PPR without the in-process status in their e-cas. So I am not very worried. Plus, I am ready to wait for another few months, if I have bad luck. What else can I do? I wish everyone good news this week  |

I know a few people who receivedd their PPR without the in-process status in their e-cas. So I am not very worried. Plus, I am ready to wait for another few months, if I have bad luck. What else can I do? I wish everyone good news this week your application must be undergoing background/security checks... I think once they complete, a visa officer is assigned to have a look and finalize the case. thats when ECAS says In Process. But this is only for QSW, or other PNP. For CEC, in process means application is found eligible for processing and meds are issues. Just an observation after going through the forums. |

I wish everyone good news this week i like ur attitude, cheer up! lol by the way, i think if they go background check, they will actually email u letting u know that. and when it is finished, they will also let u know. i know this from one of my friend. and his background check lasted only 1 month, which was shorter than average. |

many congrats man! so you are the first one who got PPR after Buffalo closed it seems.... I think June 27th might be tough to get the passport back. its taking like a month almost these days (just guessing by other forum member timelines) can you please share your status on ECAS before getting PPR? |

it is really on the edge,,, some ppl got it back in 2 weeks, but most ppl got it back in one month, so,,,,,, also, depends on where u live i am not sure, but i think u should check detroit website, to see if u can hand in ur passport in person, and get it back within the same day, just like buffalo. btw, can u share ur ecas status, especially on wut day they started processing ur application. thx congrats again! |
