Yes msarham, i got my medicals done back in March 2011 and right now they changed my status to "in progress" and added a line which states we have started processing on 21 Nov 2011.

You can probably expect something this week. Usually when they change to "in process" means ppr is coming soon, not always however. In my case for example they changed to "in process" 3 month ago and nothing since then. |

This is interesting Stanka... didn't they ask for your passport yet to get the COPR on your passport..? Did you file transferred to some other office..? |

Thats great news man. I think CPP-Ottawa is really reducing the time on PR. You are already in parallel or ahead of my application  |

I think Wcikkk also got passport request from New York office. What's the procedure from here and how long it generally takes to get the PR stamping on the passport ? Take care all  God Bless !! |

Congratulations! Like I said you got your ppr this week. All you need to do is to send your passport and wait for 2-3 weeks till you receive it back. After you just need to land. You can go to the border or airport. I've heard it's also possible to make an appointment at CIC. Confirmation of Permanent residence (COPR) No, they did not ask me for anything like that. I doubt I get anything this year.((((( Thats great news man. I think CPP-Ottawa is really reducing the time on PR. You are already in parallel or ahead of my application. Most of QSW get transferred to Ottawa now and it takes only 1.5-2 month to get AOR, but I don't think it speeds up the rest of the process. |

Thanks ae03yy, i sent them email if it is possible to get it stamped in-person, they said they don't do same day processing. I sent them passports by courier service.... i think I should be waiting around mid of Dec before hear anything back from them, Take care!! |
