firasj78, according to me you should wait for a day and see if there is any change in ur address on eCas and ur address reflects back,(well doesnt make any sense of displaying ur old address though you already have provided them ur new address and they already have it in their system)  if not then send them an e-mail enquiring about it... also don't forget to mention your current address again along with other information....!!

Dear All,

I got my CSQ last week and will be applying for Federal Application at Buffalo next week. Waiting for police clearance right now. I am already living in Montreal, finishing my Masters at McGill soon.

I faxed an address change to buffalo 2 months ago and they updated it after 2 weeks and i saw the new address on E-cass. Last week my address disappeared. This week it came back but with the old address. What do i need to do?

Friend, contact  Buffalo right away. 
Write them an email , explaining everything .  And ask them if all is well.
Please , be advised that your email title 'd better contain your  file number. In my case , it helped getting them to answer without sending  the automatic reply.

No. My WP is still in processing.
I called cic today. They said if I can land before they issue my WP, I may get a refund later.

Dear All,

Is it possible to submit the PR application without police certificate? The application guide from CIC says,

"Note: For applications received at the (CIO) prior to June 26, 2010, you must submit police certificates with your complete application and supporting documents to the visa office within the 120 day deadline set out by the CIO.

If your application is received at the CIO on or after June 26, 2010, you are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested."

I need help in this regard. I got police clearance certificate from my country [Pakistan], unfortunately it says, " The certificate can only be used at Canadian Consulate\Embassy in Pakistan"

That's pathetic. I will have to reapply I guess which takes like 4 months

Should I submit this certificate, or wait for new one, or submit application without police certificate and send it later?

Dear Wadood,

Send it with PC is my humble recommendation. At worse they'll ask for new ones but at best No one said trying had a price!!!
Also, I believe CIO is for Federal Skilled Worker application. Therefore only FSW need to consider this, and we all are QSW applicants in this thread.
