hi everybody , buffalo send me back my file because of same missing informations on annex 2 and they don't cash my money orders yet and they wirte CXK ?  on the first page

did any body know what CXK mean  

does this means that the money orders are not valid or what ??

i payed 1100 us dollars me and my wife 550 each right ?? so what's wrong

for the missing informations it's clear i have to fill it up but CXK i have no ideas about it

i really don't know! According to the immig fee sschedule, you need to pay $550 per applicant and $550 per spouse for processing fee... then $490 each again for RPRF. See, http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/assets/pdfs/visas/50_1_eng.pdf

Also the schedule says that if paying in US funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Consulate General of Canada. Payment in US funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in the United States. Otherwise saying you need to make use US currency if you are using a bank in the US to do money draft.

I guess CXK is a problem with currency, but can't really tell. Email them to inquire

heres my update dear friends: just checked my mailbox and I too have the same letter about not needing an interview dated July 29 2011. It's funny, my birthday is on july 28, last year my present was the invitation to interview for the csq, this year it's the final assessment letter. Here's to us all getting good news soon!

ne te décourage pas ADMONTREAL  tu recevras bientot ton AR+VM moi aussi ca m a pris  6 mois pour l ouverture de mon dossier.
il faut vraiment s armer de patience car l étape post AR est plus stréssante

Mine is gone too again for the 2nd time. First one was from Jul 2 - Jul 22.... I hope Seattl is on my case right now, I emailed them yesterday with my questions as suggested by fallsage, i think. By the way any news on ur side fallsage? match, tisu & subi? any news of PPR friends of August 2010!?

unfortunately, no news at all for me! but, in March my AOR and Medicals came exactly one week after Hadal received his/hers. so, i'm hoping that i will get this letter from buffalo on Monday.

Still nothing for me and my Aor  and medical came and reached Buffalo at the same time or a little bit before all of you who got their final assessment sight!! And I emailed Buffalo on the August 4th and they replied on the 5th saying that my file is still on queue for review

In fact my Address disappeared on Ecas for me too; with the same note as before "We started processing your application on March 03 2011.

As for those who haven't seen progress on their cases, I do believe it is basically luck on whose desk your files are falling on.

It took me 8 months to get AOR. I wish I could be the lucky one this time getting PPR in a reasonable time frame.

Hey ae03yy, did your neighbor mention anything about unpaid wage issue?

My friends told me to visit Service Canada. It's the place to handle all labour issues.
