One folk from other forum got today an e-mail from buffalo telling him that his file has been transferred to Seattle...here is his timeline: Sent 18/08/2010 - Rec'd 30/08/2010 - IA 18/02/2011 - AOR rec'd 03/03/2011 - Med done 04/03/2011
So hopefully there is good news ahead us the coming week.

way to go... thks for the news that's good news for us all! Also, got a short story for us all about 2 farmers. Those 2 farmers were desperately looking for rain. And so they both prayed vividly... but only one prepared his tools for the rain. Which of the 2 farmers you think got blessed when the rain came? Now, which of the 2 are you? You can't expect God to give you smthg if you're not ready for it... so folks lets go prepare for the rain! Don't forget we all come from far in this process. I read s.o. who got PPR in Paris after 4 yrs of wait, so eventhough it a different category I'm glad Buffalo and MICC process is rapid Gg w-e everyone And.  |

I just checked the state of the money orders and it' negative  but i have to keep smiling  anyways Im thinkin' about leaving US for a month by the end of august to relax a lil bit and we will see after that because buffalo works on slowmotion mode im lookin' for a job in montreal so i can start my life there even before i get the PR , im visa free for the canada i have a great life in usa but i filed my application to bring my wife from my home contry because usa takes forever for green card holders and about a year for americains citizens and i have been in montreal for 2 years 2003-04 student visa it's my story and everyone in this forum has one thanks AOE and good luck |

Dont give up ittech no matter what plz you've been encouraging us all and me especially.. So, if you can take your vacation in Mtl and look for jobs while here. You can even visit Hull/Ottawa where there's a good demands for bilinguals and if you do let me know we can get 2gether sometimes.
Hold on to your dream and prepare for it. If you can, check your BD on the next 2 Thurs or anytime between Aug 1 and 16. We never know you might have earlier visit from Santa!!!

thanks AEO , i will not give up because id never did give up somethin' i started , i will check every single day , and i will visit montreal as soon i came back from my trip by the way i have a 2 hours connection in montreal airport in the way back to USA lol |

I just read the thread for Alberta applicants and it seems that quite a few August applicants have received PPR. Hope something new comes to us in August.

Great to hear this. The expected processing time for PNP is one month less than Quebec nominee's. I guess we can expect good news around August or September. These days, I'm pretty much calm, and less nervous than I used to be. I really hope to hear from Buffalo pretty soon before I turn mad again.  |

Hi folks
I just receive an email from Buffalo relate to my case ( I sent a email last monday with a new page 1 of the annexe 1 attached to correct errors made in the question 9 of the previous annexe 1 of my application). They said that they'll take care of that.

Bonsoir tout le monde j ai une question a poser a ae03yy en fait je voudrais vérifier avec toi une information que j ai eu d un ami déja résident permanent d apres ce qu il m a dit,quand le bureau de visa accepte ta demande de RP et te demande d envoyer le passeport pour apposer le visa le demandeur doit ABSOLUMENT avoir un STATUT LEGAL au canada (travailleur,visiteur,étudiant) d après tes connaissances,est ce que le statut implicite est considéré comme un statut légal au canada ou non j ai envoyé une demande de changement de statut de travailleur a visiteur le mois passé et d apres les délais de traitement mentionnés sur le site CIC sont actuellement de 5 mois donc logiquement je recevrais ma RP en étant tjrs en statut implicite je sais plus quoi faire est ce que je reste au canada ou bien je rentre chez moi et j attends gentiment ma RP je suis vraiment perdu la  |
