Federal application for QUEBEC workers from Buffalo, USA

HI guys im a green card holder from Malden ,MA 02148 USA , i got my CSQ in 4 months " dossier prioritaire " priority file and i did file the federal application on may 24 ,recvd' may 25 buffalo visa office

Any ideas about time processing for QSW with priority CSQ ?

Congrats on your CSQ. Now, you'll need tto wait for AOR after which your file might fly from officer to officer! to obtain the AOR count roughly 30 weeks from recd date. That is if they don't send it back for missing info/signature

Note that CSQ should say in "remarque" section - "Code 130. Dossier vise par traitement prioritaire - domaine de" ...

 i like all ur comments and posts , so as u said i have to wait 30 weeks to get the AOR ?? damn it's gonna take forever, why ? are they stupid ? 1 hour it's enought to check all the documents and the forms for the same file or case, and then send us the medicals instructions and do the security check, damn canadians , we are selected because quebec needs us and not canada , i think quebec should have it'own consulates and visas and passports too because we wanna go to quebec not canada i hope im not gonna wait all that because the 30 weeks it's true i better drop my case right now   
what about US residents , do you know if  they have priority at buffalo or no ?

Concerning the 30 weeks , may  be  Buffalo will be less than that. In my case , it took since October 20, 2011 (when I filed my application) until March 14, 2011 (when I got the AOR).  But  I also know some people  who waited more that 6 months to ge their AOR . With buffalo , it varies.
Dropping your case may not be a good option, the best option would be to send whatever they want , then just forget the whole thing ...(cause , frankly speaking  , waiting for Buffalo is a pain in one's neck !) . So. if you have  a job or any other occupation just use it and  forget about Buffalo for a while. 

As you said , one hour is enough to check the docs  & issue an AOR at least . But , fella ... this is the gvt , not the private sector where time = money. Public servant take all their time , just for a signature.... a little lagging is always  allowed (sometime I wonder if  it is not even appreciated).

I did my medical on may 14, 2011. ecas is still not showing that, it says application received on oct 19, 2010. is that normal? what do i need to do.

Don't worry. The infor on ecas is much slower than the real process. Mine is still only showing that they start the case in Jan. 14th.

"BS" is for PRs and citizens only, other social programs like CCTB do not affect PR application.

  @  Freedom4ever: How can you get your passport back so fast? Is it possible for your partner to bring your passport to Buffalo, get the visa and come back immediately without having to wait? Thanks!
