Need advice, I send email inquiry to CIC about my application and I got following reply,
Good Morning
Your file is with our office and it awaiting initial processing. You will be contacted in due course.

Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada
Now my application had already two and half months. So my Bank draft is expires on 7th of May (3 month validity). So what should I do? If they start processing after that I will get my application back. (As the same thing happen previously also)
Shall I sent fresh draft?
Please advise

Hey guys, just to share my time lines
first time i applied 13. February, and my applications rejected because of error with my credit card. second time i applied 16. April, payment dated 19. April, and finally today 25. April i received PER.
Noc 7312 fsw1 (without job offer) vo Vienna
Congrats that was fast 11 days to get PER, i am in the same boat i applied on feb but i did not provide enough documents so they send it back now i have applied again on april 26 lets see how long does it take to get PER . My NOC is 3142 |

Good Morning... I read somewhere that they dont entertain any additional documents after the submission of full application but you can ask Qorax or any good consultant or Lawyer.

Send a fax to (902) 270-3561. PLEASE NOTE THIS FAX IS ONLY FOR ADDRESS CHANGES. But you can give a try & I am sure that they will definitely consider it as it has worked for couple of guys earlier. Put together a clear and concise one-page fax, in the following format: THIS FAX IS FOR THE ATTENTION OF “<insert person who sent you reply here>” SERVICE DELIVERY AGENT – OR ANY CIO PROCESSING EMPLOYEE WHO CAN ASSIST WITH THIS SPECIAL CASE. My application has been refused earlier because of a DD and I dont want to happen this again as my DD validity is only for 3 months (Put the last date of Expiry) so it's my humble request to check my application for Initial processing . OR
You can suggest so that I can send another Draft straight away in the favour of "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA"

You can write so & just ask them specifically that if its going to take more time for processing then you are able to send another draft (as the the draft with application is having an expiry of ******) so that they can use the new draft instead of old one...
