Vats, the cic website clearly states that the cap numbers are an 'approximate'. The best case scenario is your application will fall within the 500 cap.The worst case is it wont fall within the 500 cap.I dont know how many people applied under your category in the last week of feb.Everything is relative.I hope for your sake you get your PER soon. |

Dear friends,
I applied for Noc 4151 with my boyfriend. Our application was received there in February, 27th 2012. and we got application back on April, 06th, with the explanation that credit card payment was declined because of invalid expiry date.We are going to resend our application but we are not sure if we need to fill again all application forms or we just need to send the main application form there? Also, we are curious about what date should we put on these forms? The previous one or the new one?
Please, help.

Hi my file also been sent back because of a silly mistake and i have rectified the mistake and sent back the file and immediately i received the PER, so dont worry, change the expiry date and put the proper one (fill a new payment form because you have put the wrong expiration date on that form) and check all the documents properly and send them back if your NOC still haven't reached the cap....best of luck... |

HI PLS HELP..I sent my application for NOC cook category my courier received by CIO on 4th apr when the caps were 450 and when I checkd the capping on 5th it was still the same but on 6th it reachd 500. Will they include my application??? I am so nervous

How do I will know about my file transfer.

Hello to all of you,
me and my boyfriend applied for NOC 4151 and they received our application in February, 27th, 2012. and they tried to make payment in March,8th, 2012. but because of invalid expiry date of credit card, they returned to us.
Now, we gonna resend it and we need answer. If we need to refill only main application form with the new date or we need to refill all application forms with this new date or it enough to send just the first one because we have changes there because of the UCI number.
Please, help us.

Same situation here - I would not worry too much about this, though. The spreadsheet shows some people who have already gotten visas with the same ecas-status. Updating ecas does not seem to be a priotity. Regarding file transfer you might get an AOR by e-mail (depending on your VO). |
