Hey! Thanks for the response. We should chat about our experiences. I mean, I do not know a single person who is going through what I am right now and would love to talk to someone about it. I got the letter from CIC already approving me as a sponsor, so you think it should be just a few more months until my husband gets the call from Havana?
When did you get approval? I bet you will be done in less than 5 months no problem. |

My E-cas status just shows "application received in January 2012 for Permanent Residence " and i was requested Passport along with medicals and PCC in Feb 2012 but the status has not changed for the past 3 months does that mean they have not started processing my file yet ?

I received the email on May 7 and now I can go online and check our status and it says: We received *******'s application for permanent residence on February 2, 2012. Medical results have been received. |
