i received my aor on June 14th.....I was approved on June 20th and received my approval letter on June 25th.......I seen decision made on ecas and it said letter sent on June 20th.....so my file was sent to Havana that day and now I wait....and wait.....and wait
Ooh, I see now how they worked on your case. this is the phase where patience is much needed., wait and wait.. *sigh* same here., wait and wait many thanks for clarifying that point for me!  |

so you add a dash in the middle of your uci? Ours doesn't have a dash it is just 8 numbers in a row on the letter from CIC
Even in my case my UCI or appliction# doesn't have any dashes. I just enter the number straight. If you choose to input UCI option then you need to provide sponsor's details. For Application you need to provide the applicant's details. Having said the above for some people the ecas will not work for a week or two after you got the AOR or Approval. So, you need to give it some time if you have recently got it and try again. |

Thanks everyone! We have had our UCI since June 15th (when we got all of our paperwork back) and the letter was dated June 6. We just got our sponsorship approval letter yesterday but we still haven't been able to log into ecas in all of that time... I guess it will just be another CIC thing that we will struggle with  I will just keep trying every day to see if this will be the day...lol |

So exciting! My husband received an email from Paris VO yesterday stating that they are ready to issue his visa. This process has actually gone better than we originally thought. Hope this means that the rest of your files are on the move and progressing just as speedy!!!! Inshallah!!!! All my best to everyone!!!!! This forum has been a tremendous strength for me (although i have not really been able to supply any new and supportive information to anyone - it has been a great support for myself and my husband). Bless all of you in your journey.
