So I spoke with someone named Tony on the CIC phone... He said he never heard of a misplaced application before. And apparently my file is known to the entire CIC call centre office because he said his colleagues recognized the file when he asked them about it. :|
Why the hell would we be the only application in history to be misplaced like that???

Of course they're going to say that! It's not like they're going to admit to being a bunch of dimwits. Trust me, the call center agents are just like you and me...they know very little...they are clueless and worthless...they should get rid of the call center altogether and come up with a better system for communicating with the 'client'.
What was the result of your call? Are they all over it? I really hope they sort you out so that you don't have a nervous breakdown!

I think the guy is telling a little white lie........human error happens and someone made a mistake...telling you it has never happened before is not the brightest idea this man has had..........having said that if you are known all over CIC maybe that will speed things up for them to get this corrected |

yes...but you will probably get an aor and/or a letter stating the information is missing so at least you know your file has been opened/received.....and you will have a UCI number and once you submit the missing information your file will be worked on again... |
