Sounds like you have just received an acknowledgement of receipt and there should be a further letter/email coming that sponsorship was approved.
Thank you. in the mail, its said that: "your overseas sponsorship has been forward to the Case Processing Center in Mississauga" and its signed under Case Processing Center in Alberta. Do you think because my hubby is from Quebec, so there is a bit difference compare to you guys? Does that mean that, my application pass Quebec province, and now go to CIC.? im kinda confused.. we received this snail mail from 23rd of May, and have not get anything back yet. Worrisome... Please explain for me if you can . |

Funny thing is, the agent signed it
"Case Processing Centre Mississauga"
I've been spending quite a long deal of time reading that e-mail and I saw this last night.
Very awkard. I mailed it to Ottawa, the officer's name is *-CPPO which is Ottawa.
So it makes little send to me what's going on over there. :\
I just checked mine and mine was done in Ottawa too, however it is signed "Case Processing Centre Mississauga" the same as yours. Probably to lessen confusion. Who knows how they do it, there is no sense it seems! |

May be they process them in Ottawa, but bcz Family sponsorship are suppose to be processed in M-sauga they just sign under as M-sauga. As Ottawa is just a pilot project helping overloaded M-sauga CPC. My two cents.
