I found here "canada-immigration-discussion-board/medical-examination-confused-help-pls-t95956.0.html" (the board doesn't let me send links   ) I'm not the only one if that should make me feel better lol... So I should call the designated doctor office for my country and schedule an appointment fast   I'll check with the call center as well.. This got me a little frustrated but now I'm evem happier I found this forum

If I were you I'd go and do the medical ASAP.  Inform the folks at the DMP of your mistake and ask them to kindly expedite your results to wherever they need to be sent.  Call CIC-M and let them know of the situation and ask for further instructions.  I'd call at least 5 times...as you may not get a knowledgable agent...take the average and go with that...best you can do.

It will work out, no worries.  You might, at worst, encounter a slight delay for the VO to link your medical results with your app...but it shouldn't be a big problem.

Yes, I was thinking the same, ask at least 2-3 different officers. The call center opens in an hour, I hope they can sort this out for me (there must've been someone else before me with the same problem) then I'll call the doctor's office, schedule an appointment (there are 2 DMPs, hope it is not too crowded) and hope for the best.

The medical exam is for the applicant not the sponsor! However, all these will be sent together

Thank you, missmini  ! I had no idea it takes only a few weeks! Someone told me it can take up to 100 days and I thought it would delay the processing even more.
I noticed most of you had your med's done before sending the application. I haven't done them yet, I thought I need first a file number. Only now I read on the official page that for family class I need to take the med exam before sending the application  Can I take them anytime and they will send it / I send it to the visa office before they receive my file or should I wait for my application to be sent here after the sponsor approval?
Anyone else did this wrong like me  ?

I am very very very sorry if my questions are redundant here but I'm still learning this forum but when I see 100+ pages for threads I don't know where to start from

LOL noooo 100 days for sponsor approval not CSQ they don't even have much to check for the CSQ just 2 forms a few supporting documents and that's it...so really it cannot take that long, some people got it in 2 weeks

and yes do the medicals asap and then i guess u need to wait for the file number and once u get it send the green slip to the vo...now if the officers give u better advice, take theirs good luck

The call center here doesn't offer support by phone, so I sent an inquiry by email explaining the situation.
I managed to make an appointment for May 15th for the med exam and they said they transmit the results to London, from there to Mississauga and only after they send the results here in Bucharest. Since my application is still in Mississauga and here it takes 6 month to get reviewed maybe it won't be delayed because of this 
I will probably get an answer from the embassy before I go to take the exam and know what to do further

Got my sponsorship approval today!! CIC rec'd my app Feb 2nd.

Now to wait in New Delhi office.

I didnt pay RPRF yet, should I pay it now and send ND VO an email with the receipt #? Or wait to be contacted?

I would pay the RPRF asap to help avoid delays! Include a copy of the receipt, along with your File or UCI #. I would fax if you are able to, along with putting a hard copy in the mail, as well.
