Mostly yes but I do hope they will stop moving backward and move forward...check Feb sheet (I added CIC updates). Sometimes I tell myself I need to just calm down and stop being impatient... But when you put it like that, in those words, good god. The only way they could possibly be slower is if they didn't bother to do anything at all. That is ludicrous. |

I'm in agreement! This process can take its toll! I am happy for all of those that have completed the process! But, I wish my turn would come soon. And....I know it will! It will come for all of us! I like to tell myself that all those before me that have received finalization needed it more so than I did. That no matter how depressing the process can be for me, that there is someone else ahead of me who deserves to be done with it before I do and that's why my turn hasn't come. Thinking like this helps me cope with the waiting as best as I can, anyway. Maybe someone else can find some solice in that, as well. I know it's tough. But, we will all get our turn soon enough! All the best to all applicants  |

They have updated the site Last update: April 2, 2012 Step 1: 75 days (working on applications received on January 18, 2012) Not exactly an update! But I am expecting one tomorrow. I doubt the news will be good. Probably the numbers will stay the same and they'll just update the date. |

I predict they will stay at the same timeline (i.e. 75-85 days). The apps filed in January will get processed in the first week or so of May. The February and March applicants will be processed in June or early July...April applicants in late July or early August...all will be right with the world...
If you do a bit of math, you'll see that with 84 days, it will be done around that time...and let's not forget that these numbers are approximations...could be faster...but could also take more time...plan for the worst...but hope for the best...and stay negative!
