Automated system = Client ID and year of birth.
An agent can obviously ask different things.
But if you ring as the sponsored person, they wont normally tell you about sponsor information (and vice versa).

What sort info are you after? If I remember correctly, you were being processed in London - on your timeframe, London should have your file by now. Of course I may not remember correctly  |

No ecas as of yet, and both of us missed calls from a number yesterday which seems to originate from Cooksville in Mississauga, which seems to be where the case processing centre is. Maybe they are calling to compliment us on how organised our application is but I'm guessing there is a problem with something :/ Not sure how to contact them as the number doesn't pick up when you call back and we don't have a file number yet. Also we are in Montreal, so once this stage gets approved we have to apply in Quebec which will add 3-6 weeks before it gets to London! Overall massively stressed today! |

Not sure what a visitor record is? I haven't called them, I'm the applicant and my girlfriend is at work all day and I assume from what someone said above it is her who has to call since it's related to the sponsor section of the application. |

february people, im sorry i wasn't able to update the table last night, i have to work overtime.. i promise i will do it tonight though..but if there's someone who have the time and can me in the updates it will be very much appreciated.. you see, 2 weeks ago i started to be a working mom and studying at the same time, i barely had the chance to open my laptop.. but i will update tonight anyway. =)
