That's great dorisiana, I wish I could get my package off now!! I've got my UK police clearance to come in...I expect it next week and my Australian Federal Police check was done in record time - 1 week! Now I'm just putting it all together. I wonder, are you allowed to use paper clips..I think it was mentioned in another post but has anybody used them?

I do remember specifically seeing an instruction somewhere that said "paper clips will do" but I don't remember which section it was on. We didn't use any though. What we did was send the sponsor application in one folder and the PR section in another folder with everything in the order it appears on the checklists. Then there is a separate section for the documenation of our relationship with its own contents sheet on the front of it

We wanted to travel to Oz later that year and had to get an Emergency passport for him when we went to pick it up they said Oh yeah you might as well take his citizenship card with you too hahahha, ok sounds like a plan... I wonder where the time goes sometimes... it will all get done in good time and me stressing about it is NOT going to make it happen any faster |

yeah i think the folder idea was great.. i will definitely do that.. with everything labeled and arranged in order im sure it won't get lost. i've read some people having problems for waiting too long because some of their applications were lost or scattered etc etc.. or maybe its just petty excuses of lazy officers..  |

Oh yea, ours was sent Jan 28 and received feb 1st Once I heard the Manila 2 month story I had to check Cic processing times. It said 9 months! Maybe there's hope for buffalo afterall since ours says 11 months!  |

Hi Guys,
I sent my file on 1st Feb. ....I mean my wife is sponsorng me through Buffalo. I am currently working in USA, she is a Masters student in Toronto. I think I have included everything in the file except I didnt attach an Option C for my wife from CRA....I wanted to ask .....for outland buffalo applicants, does the sponsor have to include an Option C tax form? There is only 1 checklist I could find for outland applications, which is the regional one and in that the Option C thing is not there but I did see it in one of the applications for sponsor later on.
Do I also have to send in the fotocopies of my sponsors passport, PR card n all or I believe that is fir INland requirement??
