Hello there, i hope you enlighten me about my case, im a FSW 2009. Applied my husband December 2010 Passport request March 1, 2011 im just wondering do i need to pay the 490CAD RPRF? since my husband had PPR already? i paid only 550CAD for the initial spousal sponsorship, do they still request me to pay 490CAD since PPR already? the letter states that only submit form A and PPR. im getting confused. some told me it slows down the process and PPR is first requested before RPRF, some says no coz im a sponsor landed immigrant. HELP please.

I myself was sponsored through my dad yrs back, anyway that has nothing to do with this. As you have not submitted the $490.00 they should be either sending you out an email/mail/call you up to pay that amount asap, but yeah some ppl do say that it takes another 1-2month, if you haven't paid the total amount of $1040.00 with your application. But they should be contacting you soon to make that payment... cox that payment needs to pay b4 the applicant is landed here. you can try calling the call centre to see what they have to say about it or advise you. good luck! Just checked and found that our ecas has been made active... they received our application on February 4th and decision was made on March 3rd. Now just waiting for hubby to get the letter in the mail! Hoping it will be good news!

1.Sponsor receives the letter for the "sponsorship decision made". 2.
