About a new born baby born after submissin to VO. Concerning the form imm 5620, i need to know i will fill it

I know I can add him(a new born baby) and passport to the application. But my problem is how to use visa card to pay his processing fee. Because visa card is the only means of paying this in my area. The fee payment form(form imm 5620) where I will put the visa card number is not clear to me as the principal applicant fee(550 CAD) has already been printed and am no more paying for this .I have paid for this at the level of the CIO. Do I rub this(550CAD) off on this form and put only the 155CAD for the baby. Hope they will not dislike this action. Can I rub it of, can i rub it off. This is my question

Oh hi Way,

Sorry had to focus on current work and family matters. I still havent sent my full docs to date. I will send middle of June most likely.

Good to know most our brethren are advancing in their application.

Dear All

As most of you have applied with full documents to CHCs therefore i would like to request you to please reply me on couple of following issues. That shall be appreciated


1) Shall We have to redo two forms

a) Additional Family information
2) Schedule 1 background declaration

with new signatures and dates both for principal applicant and the spouse.

first question is it true or not?

Second thing is the immigration website and guide says that in case any of the information provided changes then information us immediately

The question is "Is it meant only for the Principal applicant or all persons mentioned in his application. Like if my brother changes the residential address then shall i have to immediately inform the CIC and fill a new form with new residential address.

Another thing i i get a new job then in that case shall i have to redo any form to update the information or it can be mailed to CIO or CHC via mail that from this date i have joined a new job and from this date my brother has moved to this address.

Third thing is

In case we redo the two above mentioned forms then where will the originals that we sent with application to CIO will go. Shall these beattached with the application or in the BIN?

Shall i have to send the Document checklist (that was sent as a cover letter with the initial application to CIO) with this set of full documents or not?

Just Fast..i think its the fastest visa office........ By the way, just for the sake of discussion, is there some kind of quota for visa offices on the basis of which some visa offices may be faster than others?

Similarly, is there any quota on the basis of NOC's, which may detemine faster or slower processing.......

Well cucoo, i dont know if it mandatory or not, but in my case i have resigned the forms with new date. If there is no change in ur information that u provided initially, then u dont need to refill the forms. Just take fresh print out's, sign/ date & send.

Well most important changes are regarding, your self & those included in ur application i-e your spouse & children. If ur brother has changed his adress before u sent ur final application to VO, u may change his info (its nice to have item not mandatory).

No u dont need to attach these forms, Just attach a cover letter at the top of ur application mentioning any changes that u have made in ur new forms. Just dont throw them in Bin, maintain a copy for your record.......

No you dont need to send initial checklist, it was only for CIO. For full docs, u need to send checklist of Your" Visa Office Specific Instructions"

if u go back about 3 or 4 week...u can read about him. i think he is busy or his initial set up still being progressed in canada so he is not answering frequently. about less than 5.5 months from his first file application ..he got visa....

Well what i remember is..he replied to my post & told that he is busy with his current job. Anyways, if he has got the visa, its a good news........
