Hi all,

I already received a letter today from CIO and it says:

This refers to the application for permanent residence in canada that you recently submitted to the case processing centre in sydney, NS on february 4, 2010.

Regulation 12 of the immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states that if certain requirements are not met, the application and all documents submitted.................................. areview of your application indicated your submission fails to meet these requirements for the ff reason:

      The credit card payment declined.

it also says........should you choose to resubmit your application, please include this letter and the attached appendices with your application.


my questions are:

1. do i have to include the old forms that they've returned?
2. should i take ielts?

they have tried to debit my cc twice but it was declined,...the letter also includes a file number that starts with B********. i've checked the website and it says.....eligibility review complete...application received on february 4, 2010.

hello somthing similar happened to me but it was that my CC was cloned i resubmitted everything but most of the time you just gotta send them a new cc number or bank draft...or if you want you can resend the whole package that's what i did but by that time they didn't request the ielts....hum....try writing to them....

you must have to attached their letter. other papers, depends on you, if you have to change some information, you can change. if you want to submit to the same, their might not be problem. coz CIO will not keep any records of your document at this stage. signature date must be recent. ielts thinks to be mandatory whether you got anymarks. coz langauge is essential part for immigration purpose.

for CIO canada,,no need to submit IELTS result. but you can mention your exact status if u have already given ielts.. like excellent..good..click on the appropriate. if your are thinking you will appear in ielts exam again, assume this one and tick at the present condition..coz u dont know what marks u will get again. its not a problem

Sharmilas is right, no need to attach lelts results for CIO. If u have already given ielts than submit exact scores, otherwise tick appropriate skills. meanwhile your application is processed, appear in ielts exams & send original results with detailed application to Visa office.

I have paied my application fee online by my boss Visa Card.
Can anyone tell me how can I check to see if my money debited.
Which website and which part please.
I have never owned a credit card and dont know how we can check it.
