I sent HSBC Canada DD and by giving number they can tell you whether it is encashed or not. You can locate DD Number in your bank statement.

any body knows that, how will I know is my D.D en-cashed or not.

I took D.D. from HSBC Dubai branch, i phoned them & asked for the details whether my D.D. was en-cashed or not,  they said they can not give details & they can not track it. simply they said they don't know and check with Canada HSBC Branch.

how will i check with Canada HSBC Branch..................

please any advise......................

i have done exactly like u.. i sent Bank draft using HSBC sharjah.. and i donno if they have been cashed or not

i am waiting for AOR for me than 75 days now.. and i think this delay is because of the Band draft.. :S

can you tell me when u sent or initial application?

Have u checked ur DD or CC charged. 
Secondly, have u applied from Pakistan. If so, same the case like me, I think the pakistan process is quite slow.  Share information please.

 dont be disappointed, Inshallah ur will get ur AOR's soon. I dont think sending application from Pakistan matters at this stage. I too applied from Pakistan, my application reached NS on Feb 22 & i got my AOR on april 06. It took 44 days which also include easter leaves.

even i applied from London...my doc was recieved by cio on 22nd feb, cc charged on 8th april, aor date 20 april...no need to think where u from.

Looking ur timeline, got AOR on 20th & posted docs to visa office on 24th. Now thats quick... Me still completing my docs. IELTS test is on 20th May. Planning to send my docs by 2nd week of june. Inshallah

be ready for your all doc asap. even due to volcano, airlines were closed in london, so my bank certificate was hanging around transit..thats the reason i was 4days late. i feel tense, if i think i have to do something. thats why i never relied on agent. coz they kill unnecessary time for processing, forwarding n communication. if my application was processed by agent, still that could be in their drawer. we have lots of professional n reliable frn in this forum..we can get any advise within a couple of mnts...i followed this.

i don't have any consultant and i've used my credit card in paying the processing fee.

the good news about it is that they are not returning my files, unlike before that they have returned it in less than 2 months because i forgot to answer some of the questions.

Dear as i ready told that i received email on April 6 but so far havnt received any post mail. I dont know abt past but as far as i am followig immigration forum i havnt heard abt post mail. Yes for 2nd  AOR i think post mail is being sent. I think nw  u shld write a letter to  NS & discuss ur position.

WOOHOO at last had my application returned due to n/a missing in box sent back 5th March finally recieved AOR by e-mail just a little while ago Horray It has given me plenty of time to gather doics though just need to get photos done and should be able to post full docs by end of week. Good luck everyone who has not received yet XX
