Hi all,
I sent my initial application to CIO in February 12, It was recieved by CIO on Feb 17 according to courier. I have not got any response till now. What should I do. If I want to contact them what would be the right method i.e e-mail or mail. Also I am not been able to find any e-mail address for CIO.

Any input will be highly appreciated

hi everyone...i got my AOR today on 20th April 2010. My application was recieved by CIC on 22nd Feb and CC was charged on 8thof April..
i hope everyone is getting their AOR. I am ready to submit my document within a week....

I sent my application on Feb 1st and I finally got my AOR on Apr 20th. I am so happy. Can anyone help me with the next steps

HI ,

I have submited (posted) my Initial application on Feb 11 th from USA and i sent with USPS . I did not get my AOR yet .   

Did anyone got their AOR where application sent by USPS from USA .

I sent by usps and mine reached there around Feb 1st. I got mine today only so it might take another 10 -15 days for you.  Hope for the best always

When do we have to sent the police certificates? Do we have to send with the first application we send to regional offices or will they ask for it again

after getting initial recommendation ...........CIC gives a list of docs to be submitted at regional visa office in 120 days ...............PCC(police clearance certificate) is one of them
