Hi friends,

This is regarding the submission of documents to the visa office.Are we suppose to download all the forms once again and fill them or just send the photo copies of the forms that I have sent to the CIC Nova Scotia initially.

If download and send the new forms after filling them then why did nova scotia asks us to have 2 photocopies of the applications which were sent to Nova Scotia?

You dont need to refill the forms. If there is any change in your information, e.g change of ielts results, family info, adress etc. Then only refill that form. If your information is exactly same which you send to NS then just take the photocopies, sign these & send with new date........best of luck for next step.

Dear All,

I applied as Finacial Manager 0111. My application has been received by CIO dated Feb 2 , 2010. But AOR not yet received. I also ask from my bank regarding my DD and said DD not yet been credited.

Can anybody tell me that what should i do now.

wait for few days more. AOR normally comes between 45-90 days.

 @  NGE - Yes your IELTS is still valid until May 13th. My friend was on the same situation last August 2009.

 @  lapore12 - note that the signatures should be original. The NS required it to be 2 copies (not photocopies) one to send to them and the other to send to your designated Visa Office once you have your AOR. In my case I have some changes in my application so I will update my application form. Its not that difficult anyway just make sure it is not that far from the ones you initially submitted. The forms will be highly scrutinized at this point. I failed to inform that I was refused visitors visa in the US previously so I have to update it.

 @ mujahidspl  @ ryanf - 60-75 days are the norm since August 2009 but starting Feb 2010 It might be based on a lot of different things.  Keep the faith! I'll pray for you guys.

Ok, Big mike,my fault.since I haven't made any changes to the information.Therefore, I should download all the forms once again and fill them and then send to visa office.Since you said I need to have originial signature,it means I cannot send duplicate forms.
