Tho I have not received the AOR I was going through the next set of documents required. Probably thought it is better to do a homework. Any other applicant from the Buffalo office? I see that the list of documents listed in this PDF is still the one they used to use in the old process. They ask for fess which would be already paid if round 1 is done, asking again for forms(this is fine). @ gashe4peace - probably around last week of March to first week of April.
@ nadeem_jee - You get the file number once you get the AOR(2 months from initial application). You cant check the status on the initial stage except on some cases.

hey guys just stopping by to say hello and wish you all the best of luck on your applications, i'm still gathering my last papers to submit them to the visa office...again i wish you all the greatest luck and guys don't stress too much over this or you will feel like you have waited forever also it kind of like happens but the more you stress over it, the longer it takes, just try to set your mind on something else while you wait for your AORs and it will come faster...Remember this is all in God's hands, god knows your plans, and he doesn't want you to worry about it, so if you worry you are trying to do his job and he can't work hehehe we just need to show him that we trust him...

Yes BM is right.....get what u paid for........  . Anyways AOR is "Acknowledgement of Receipt" which i believe NS sends once your application has been considered for further processing. Now a days it takes 1-2 months as BM already mentioned. Pray for all of us that we all should get one........ Happy AOR eveyone........ |
