My application files to Novascotia  CIO in feb 2010.First AOR march 2010.

Doc sent to Buffalo  VO may 2010.
2nd AOR OCt 2010.....
Still Received by VO............
Filed under 9212........also falls under 3131 but didnt included.......

got my 2nd Aor in Mid August.. I think if they took maximum 8 months then I must start worrying after mid of April!!!!!!!!

Guys my e-cas has turned into "In Process" but the status mentioned inside hasn't changed though. Do I need to worry?

If I am not wrong inside status takes couple of hours - days to get changed with precise date, right?

I am very much happy a relaxed a bit as well. At last London office has started processing our applications

when you open the in process what's the last sentence states? is it WE STARTED PROCESSING...?

when i opened it, the status was the same as appearing earlier. I understand that it takes a while to change the status from inside, am I right?

Even my status shows "IN PROCESS" but the status inside remains the same. The status inside is mentioned as documents are at visa office and are pending review. This info has been the same even before the "IN Process" status .

Hi.
Even same situation with me. It changed to IN PROCESS on 26th Jan. But inside there is no update.

Pending on our first born's birth + medicals so hopefully by 3rd quarter i'll be on my way to Canada. Funny thing is our provincial nomination caught up with our FSW so we have both applications running and waiting for medicals of our child. Just in case we wont be eligible in our FSW.

Hello BM, yes i belive that, good things come to those who wait> Look at me, already touched to 1 yr, still no update still received by visa office, we started together, you are lucky one... though i hope for the best, but its really killing me... anyways pray for me....

Congrats Sunny.. Its mean there will be good news coming....I heard when it comes in process it means you must think positive as you will get medical request.. but if it shows eligibility review completes it means no....
