My documents were received at Buffalo office on July 27th. But I have not received the receipt / AOR yet. Any one who filed at Buffalo office got AOR? Could you pls update?

hi ALL ...................i asked my lawyer about sudden delay by CHC ND as compare to earlier months ,,,,,,,,,,i asked whether it due to load of study visas..................this is his reply.........

"THe processing of federal class is taking longer not due to the Student Visa applications. As processing of Student Visa's is done by different unit not economic unit.

The reasons of delay is re-posting of staff around the world in month of August and September and the Immigration year end in September. Minister will present his report to Parliament in this session and a new targets for Visa will be issued. "

that means late Oct or early Nov, fast track will actually take its original shape and we might be getting responses from mid of Nov.
