Hi,

Although I got my 2nd AOR on 28th August. But I heared that Transcripts send to CHC should be original? As we send only the Notarize copy of Master transcripts not Bachelor!!

Can someone let me know that if chc will be needing the original they will ask for documents or is there any point of Rejection?

The original documents we send were

1- Proof of funds
2- IELTS
3- Police Clearence

Transcript we only send master degree notarize copy?
I am worried now! Although now we both husband and wife asked from university for original transcript of me for bachelor and my wife!!

Nadeem, you should have been more careful while submitting such important things. CHC needs original transcript of Masters and Bachelors in university sealed envelops. In case you can't provide one then you have to have a cover letter stating the reason why you was unable to do so.

In my understanding they normally don't ask for any additional document in the process just only approve or reject the application. You should ask seniors like Qorax for what you can do in this stage.

I got answer from my consultant he said they need notarize copy and as we send it for masters so possibly if they ask for bachelor also it should be ready!! Hope it will work!

I tried to send some additional documents to Buffalo but they returned all saying that I can send these once my file number is created. I am not saying that Nadeem you should not as yours is a different office, but mine is an FYI.

BTW any one in our group is going to become a father in the next 2 months?

Everyone be clear about one thing. Send notarize copy of certificates but try to send the original transcript in university sealed envelop for both under grad and post grad. If in any case you can't then send notarize copy of transcript  and a cover letter mentioning why you ware unable to send the original. The reasons should be original.

yes - give it your best shot with all required documents in its original's wherever it is possible. This is the final boarding call in the easy process to Canada. At least for the IT guys I know it is getting painful.

i know a guy whose vo is new delhi he has sent docs multiple times........n still sending ....like assessment report of his credentials by Canadian professional engg assessment authorities ...

one of my friend submitted all educational document by notarize last year and got visa last year within 8 month (total duration from beginning to end )
