If this is your first AOR then you should wait a bit more as cic have not charged your credit card. It take 45-60 days normally for the frist AOR. But if this your 2nd AOR you waiting for then do contact them.

Okay, It must be on its way, i have seen cases where it took  more than 75 days. But do you have enough proof that your application is delivered to CIO?

Yeah I used Fedex, and the application was properly delivered. G-Miller was the person at front desk who accepted.

Ryan do one thing, might it get work. First of all draft a letter to CIO in which explain the whole situation and send it to the same address at which you sent your application. Better to send through reliable courier by which you can track your packet.
Secondly send case specific email through your visa office web. Thats what I would Do.
