Hi guys,

Can anyone help us out... my friend he applied a FBI clearence report for Canadian Immigration but his report came with this message that ,

ARRESTED OR RECEIVED
AGENCY-USINS LA

COURT
CHARGE-8 USC
SENTECNE
NTA

ACTUALLY HE DID OVERSTAY 2 DAY IN STATES AND FBI ARRESTED HIM AND HE ASKED TO SEE THE JUDGE BCOZ HE WANT TO EXPLAIN THE REASON AND JUDGE UNDERSTAND HIS REASON AND GAVE ME A VOLUNTREE DEPARTURE BY PAYING $10000 BOND AND HE LEFT SAFELY.

NOW DOES THIS OVESTAY EFFECT TO HIS CANADIAN IMMIGRATION?

I think if you over stay there is no prob to CIC but if you weren't arrest, with the arrest everything changes now, look for a pro..means lawyer.

The just record the arrest, USINS did the actual arrest.

2 years before, I had the exact same report when I applied for my Canadian Immigration and it didn't stop my immigration whatsoever. I think GIC knows this is INS related and I am glad they ignorged the whole thing.
