Hi
I got my pcc from FBI. It is dated in May.
I have not been to the US after February 2009.
I am submitting my application in  December.
Will my pcc be valid since I have not been there after Feb '09??

Hi juanda78
In the post http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/need-helpits-important-t24100.0.html;msg130934#msg130934 you said that the pccs are still valid. So why is mine not valid?

By the way it is my 120 day file that I will be submitting in December. I started initial application in June.

You never specified this was the submission for your local office (120 days deadline)... I thought it was for the CIO (Nova Scotia). Because your FBI PCC was valid in your initial application, you won't have any problems. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Regards.

HI deep9,

How long it took for  you to get your USA PCC?.  Did you apply while you are outside of USA?.  I also need to get one , and I am presently in India. I was in USA during 1999-200.  I have gone through the CIC link. Is there anything which I should take care of?

regards,
Sudheesh.
