FBI fingerprint problem

I sent out the package through USPS to the FBI record request address in West Virginia. When I check the status of the mail it says, its at the local post office to picked up.
 
I talked w/ USPS customer service and they said that FBI must have a PO Box and the local post office has kept it there for them to pick it up. However; the address that I sent it to wasnt a PO Box.
 
Has anybody else faced the same problem?

I sent my request for an updated FBI clearance from the philippines via FexEx and tracking indicated that it was received at bridgeport, west virginia on nov 19 instead of the address of the FBI records division. FBI has yet to deduct the payment from my card. will wait till first or second week of january. i didnt have any problem with my first request last year. hope this time there wont be any problem too.
