FBI Clearance.........quicker?

Hi,
My spouse and I are currently applying for Canadian PR.We lived in the US for 3 years and so the visa office had asked for the police clearance.After 3 tries my spouse's clearance is through and has been submitted.Unfortunately,my fingerprints were illegible and I have submitted it for the third time.The Visa office has now issued us a strict deadline for submitting,which is an insufficient period(1 month).Is there any way to get the clearance quicker?

Mark on the FBI Envelope as URGENT and explain the urgency in cover letter along with letter from canada
