Let's have FBI clearance timelines here... We have topic for each month's applicant but FBI clearance is also equally important. People who don't need FBI clearance are little lucky  FBI Phone No - 304-625-5590
FBI Email Id - Liaison @ leo.gov Just put id, date of FBI application, received date if any, and last status that you know 1. cancer24 18-Mar-2010 --- CC not yet cleared, as per customer service my record is not in the system(05/05/10) |

FBI Received my documents on 11 March 2010, credit card charged on 21 April, FBI Clearance received on 28 April.
I have no idea why my went so fast when I hear it normally takes about 16 weeks.

Heyy Guys
I sent my first set 6th April, Mine is not in the system yet.
What I read in other blogs is they are speeding up.
Cancer24 pls keep us updated on when u get on to the system ,so that people who sent after you have an idea of what the time line with the fbi is these days.

Response to my email enquiry confirms receipt and mentions that the file is "in process"

Ours was received at clarsburg on 3/23 and they have charged our CC on 4/28 and it's now in process. We'll call again next week to see if they have mailed it out yet.

@ OMM - not sure if i understand ur question correctly. i sent my application with the finger print card, and received pcc in 6 weeks time. they don't send the card back anymore. only the certificate. hope taht clarifies. Thanks. |

I got mine in 6 weeks.Sent on March 15th and received on May 5th.That was quick.I mentioned on the envelope an earliest required date and they gave by that date.But read in an article that because of sensus takes fbi finger print check they have stopped this process for civilians for 1 or 2 weeks and started now (As of may 5th).
